Poloha:

situované v zeleni, vzdialenosť od pláže 50m, od centra 400m. Pláz je prírodná, kamenistá aj štrková, miestami s betónovými plochami. Pláž v Njiviciach je ocenená modrou vlajkou. Ex hotel Beli Kamik.
